Oct: 14th. To the Prince-Regent - [[underline]] Sir [[/underline]] I need not repeat the account your R.H: recd: yesterday of H:Ms: condition. I found on my return that my Colleagues had considered yesterday as a quiet day, & H:M: went to bed without resistance, or even reluctance soon after 9 oclock. The K: slept uninterruptedly from a quarter before 10 till 1. oclock - soon after which H:M: became more noisy & turbulent than usual - so as to render Restraint absolutely necessary till after 6 in the morning. When the Phys: went to wait upon H.M. at their usual hour they found the K: so irritable & angry as to make it impracticable to feel H.M.s pulse or to attempt to obtain any other information about His bodily health, at that moment, than what could be acquired by mere personal observation. We are inclined to believe that H:M: in the ordinary course of His distemper
