Oct. 9. Wednesday Bulln: H:M: continues much the same - P. 84 -- To the Queen's Council. H:M: got up yesterday by His own desire about 10 oclock, & pass'd the day in a very quiet manner, so as to exhibit the appearance of one drowsy & He spake very little. He sometimes play'd upon His harpsichord, but not for long together. H:M: was much irritated on going to bed - but the effect of this did not last long. H:M: slept between 5 & 6 hours in the night, and waked this morning under the same disturbance as usual. In His conversation this morning H:M: was good humoured, & detail'd some circumstances which we presume to have been correct, but at the same time manifested the existence of His former erroneous ideas.
