sprinkle a little flour upon it, then put [[underline]] 4 [[/underline]] large spoonfuls of good Broth, then add to it [[underline]] 2 [[/underline]] yolks of Eggs & a table spoonful of Cream, then put your Cucumbers which have been stewing all the while with it upon the fire, & take them off just before they begin to boil, then put your Veal, or Chicken into it, minced or not as you like best; keep it on the fire to preserve it hot, & just before it is served up, put into it a little Lemon Juice. --
