Friars Chicken Cut a Chicken in quarters, lay it in a stew pan with as much water as will just cover it; let it boil till the Chicken is thoroughly done, - then take two Eggs, break them on a plate, given them two, or three cuts with a knife, add to that a good deal of chopped Parsley, - stir it all together, and pour it into the Chicken, then boil all quick together to a chick curd, pour it into a covered dish, & send it to table with Salt to your taste.
