186 -for the Womb- Dr D Take Vitriolated magnesia 2 ounces Infusion of Roses .... 16 ounces Spirits of mint .... half an ounce - the mixture Take Vitriolated Zinc Purified sugar of each two drams the Ingredient Opiate Pills - June 9th 1804 Essence or Extract of malt, - one pd of the Essence broke into small peices, & just to dissolve in a Gallon of boiling Water, - drink of this half a pt 3 or 4 times a day, - it is equally good for all Inflammations of the Blood, the Scurvy, the Scrofula, & in the Flux, it is excellently good in Coughs, & in bilious attacks of the Bowels
