136 Régimen which I am to follow - Dr Cooper /98 Take asses milk, (or if that can't be procured) baked milk - every morning fasting - & if too heavy for the stomach mix a little nutmeg & sugar with it. At Breakfast drink Fresh Cream or milk in the Tea between that & dinner some more asses milk or the other For dinner eat (neither meat or drink Wine, but live upon) Vegetables, Fish, Fruit, & Eggs - drink Imperial Water, Orangade, &c, & when better, one small Glass of the best Driest Wine in Lemonade For supper, milk & Potatoes, Milk & Rise, or Wheat, boiled up with milk for supper. &c The Salts must be taken once, or twice a day - so as regularly to [[underline]] procure [[/underline]] two stools at least. - a Pill (made of 1 Grain of Hemlock [[underline]] & 3 of [[/underline]] Camphire) must be taken at bedtime, except upon certain times - & then as its substitute, take 5 drops of Laudanum poured upon a juice of sugar which must be previously soaked in Wine & incase this should stop [[underline]] the [[foreign: French]] Regles [[foreign]] [[underline]] take, in ^ [[addition]] a cup of [[/addition]] very warm
