121 Colds - [[underline]] drinks. [[/underline]] - Coughs an Excellent Almond Emulsion for a Cold, 1 ounce & a half of sweet almonds blanched four bitter ones blanched - 1 quarter of an ounce of Gum arabic pounded fine, mix these in 1 pint of boiled Water grown cold. - First the almonds ought to be beat together in a mortar till they are like paste, then add the Gum arabic mixing it well with the paste - then add the cold Water (by degrees) pouring it very slow on the whole - & then strain it thro' a seive. -
