118 [[underline]] Corns [[/underline]] [[underline]] ChildBlains, [[/underline]] &c Take 2 Ivy leaves, steep them in Vinegar for 24 hours apply one, then the other the Corn till the Virtue of both be entirely extracted - & if this does not do once repeat it twice. - it will take away the corn without pain. - Rub them night & morning with Lemon Juice. Take four ounces of Gum ammoniac of quicksilver one ounce, - mill the quicksilver by grinding it with a little Turpentine in a stone or glass mortar, then melt the Gum ammoniac & stir in the quicksilver before it cools. - this is also excellent to put on hard swellings & will disguise them. - for a Childblain put a Leach, & it will take it away.
