Let these be mixed in a Marble Mortar for [[underline]] 4 [[/underline]] hours - take 20 Grains of this mixture twice a day in a table spoonful of Barley Water - get it at Mr. Lambertson's Oxford St opposite Argyle St. - Coughs - One teaspoonful of Syrup of poppies one tea spoon full of Sal Volatile mixed in Barley Water, & Taken (at Night especially) - & also when the Cough is troublesome.
