[[underline]] 10 [[/underline]] Excrement of Children If greenish coloured - acidity is the cause, & is to be removed by Magnesia. -- If by accidental purging the [[underline]] mucus [[/underline]] of the intestines appear, or a jelly like substance, a Bloody flux is to be apprehended, unless the disorder be not timely cured, & the remedies are in pages, [[underline]] 4 [[/underline]] [[underline]] 5 [[/underline]], & six. -- Light purgings from an accidental cause, such as loaded stomach, fever, &c should not be checked without first the i irritating cause being removed by Magnesia, & Rhubard; -- & then prepared Chalk, or powdered Cinnamon will gradually cure the purging, especially if arising from superabundant acidity. -- but
