[[underline]] 3 [[/underline]] exceptionable in Broths, that in Milk. -- The fat should always be skimmed off from every thing that a Child Eats, it is so apt to turn rancid. -- If Milk be used, every Fruit, Sugar, &c must be avoided, as the acids of the latter coagulate the former. -- Sugar is extremely prejudicial to Children. -- Simplicity of diet is much preferable to variety. -- In the infant state, & even afterwards, for many years (the longer the better) Wine should be avoided, & all spiritous Liquors, by all those who wish to enjoy the latter part of their lives without chronic disorders, as [[underline]] the Gout, Gravel, [[/underline]] Stone, &c.
