Dr J. Willis has the honor to inform the Prince Regent that since the last report to His Royal Highness, His Majesty has continued in a state of complacency and apparent contentment - but not the less accompanied with a luxuriancy in the proofs of His Majesty's distemper'd mind. He slept one hour yesterday morning, and not quite two hours last night. His Majesty got up this morning in a silent and drowsy mood and is now asleep in His chair. His Majesty is in good health.
