Sir The propensity to talk which we noticed yesterday morning continued throughout the day, and His Majesty was often abrupt and impetuous in His angry reflections. Nevertheless His Majesty slept more than three hours at different time, and went through all the offices of the day very well. His Majesty slept three hours and a quarter last night, and tho' still disposed to talk we observe it is at present without asperity, and in good humour.
