Dr Heberden has the honor to inform The Prince Regent that His Majesty is in a very composed and tranquil state, though still as much observed as before. His Majesty has had rather less sleep than usual in the last twenty four hours; but He appears very well in health, and very free from irritability of Mind. Windsor Castle 18 Sept. 1814
