Dr. Robt. Willis has the honour of acquainting The Prince Regent that The King was uniformly tranquil throughout yesterday. His Majesty slept an hour in the forenoon, dined heartily, and retired to His bedchamber at half past eight. His Majesty slept in the course of the night three hours and three quarters; and this morning His Majesty exhibits the same appearance of ease and comfort which His Majesty enjoyed yesterday. Windsor Castle August 1. 1814.
