2nd July 1814 Copy His Majestys health, at the Time of this our Meeting, is not such, as to enable his Majesty to resume the personal exercise of his Royal Authority. His Majesty's mental health continues to be as much disordered, as it has been at any Time during his indisposition. His Majestys Bodily Health is good. The Physicians in Attendance upon his Majesty do not expect his Majesty's Recovery: but, such Recovery not being impossible, they state that, therefore, they do not despair of it.
