1811. that proved His attention, judgement, and kindness of Heart. [[note]] June 12th. [[/note]] Took to reading, which had not before been witnessed. Slept five hours. This morning the conversation with the Physicians checquered with levity. [[note]] 13th: [[/note]] Composed, and listens for several hours to a Book; and an Old History of Windsor in Quarto has already been gone through. At present, Beck's Dormant Baronage of England is the subject. Slept four hours. His legs less swelled. This morning conversation of a mixed description, partly trifling, partly good; mixed with anger against the Council. [[note]] 14th. [[/note]] Attention to Books unabated. Displeasure at the Council continues. Slept five hours. [[note]] 15th. [[/note]] Attends constantly to the Book but appears thoughtful. He seems to have been roused by the restraints put upon him by the Council, to conceal his thoughts. [[note]] 17th. [[/note]] H M remained silent. Slept one hour and a half, adjusted the Bed-clothes for a considerable length of time. In his conversation with the Physicians this morning, nothing exceptionable.
