Sir The King did not sleep any part of yesterday but His Majesty's manner was easy and quiet, and His conversation was, generally, upon subjects which interest Him pleasantly without exciting irritation. His Majesty fell asleep as soon as He went to bed, and slept about five hours without interruption. I am, Sir, most respectfully your Royal Highness' faithful Servt Henry Halford.
