Dr Baillie has the honour of informing the Prince Regent, that His Majesty pass'd the greater part of yesterday more quietly, than He has done some days lately. In the Evening however His spirits became higher, and He talked with more eagerness, when He discover'd most fully the errors of His Mind. His Majesty did not sleep at all through the day, and slept an hour and an half only in the night. While awake, He frequently sung, and often talked to His ideal company, more especially on the subject of His embarkation for Germany, which He expected to take place this morning. This morning His Majesty dress'd tolerably well, but He talked too much. The same excited condition of mind continues. He sometimes sings, sometimes holds animated conversations with His Ideal Friends, with whom He is not always well pleased, and whom He does not scruple to abuse in very intelligible language-- Windsor Castle March 21 1812
