Dr Baillie has the honour of informing the Prince Regent, that His Majesty talked incessantly throughout yesterday upon the usual subjects of His Error. In consequence of a dose of Emetic Tartar which was given Him in the Forenoon without His knowledge, this excitement was lessen'd. He talked afterwards in a much gentler tone, but still He talked without ceasing. His Majesty slept in the course of the night about two hours and a half.
