angry as to make it impracticable to feel His Majesty's pulse, or to attempt to obtain any other information about His bodily health, at that monment, than what could be acquir'd by mere personal observation - We are inclined to believe that His Majesty in the ordinary course of His distemper would naturally become more irritable at this time; and perhaps the operation of His Majesty's medicine may give Him uneasy feelings which may aggravate that irritability.
