Windsor Castle Sept: 17. 1811 [[underline]] Sir [[/underline]] The King pass'd yesterday in a very unsatisfactory manner, Tho' His Majesry was quiet in the early part of the day and amused Himself with His music, in the afternoon it was necessary to have recourse to Restraint on account of His Majesty's incessant attempts to get rid of His clothes, and I am sorry to add that the quarter part of the the time since four oclock yesterday has been pass'd under confinement. His Majesty slept but one hour and a half, and at our interview this morning display'd the most extravagant notions, the wildest train of though possible.
