Dr Baillie has the honour of informing the Prince-Regent, that His Majesty has been more quiet throughout to day than for several days past, yet has occasionally been rous'd into bursts of irritation - He has remain'd in bed during the day, and refus'd his dinner, but at five OClock His Majesty eat some Bread, Marmalade & Tea - All his errors remain strongly impress'd on His mind - Windsor Castle Septr.
