Dr Heberden has the honor of informing His Royal Highness the Prince Regent that since the morning His Majesty has been very quiet, He has remained in bed the whole day, and has taken no nourishment since His breakfast. His Majesty has shewn himself to be in an irritable state, when He has been spoken to; but has of himself said so little, as to preclude all possibility of ascertaining the actual state of His Majesty's mind, either with regard to the train of ideas, which may have been passing in it, or his power to attend to other subjects.
