Dr Baillie has the honour of informing the Prince Regent that His Majesty was yesterday much in the same state as he has been in the last two three days - He was often a little irritable, and in his conversation there was two or three times a slight reference to his usual errors - These have certainly been less adverted to by his Majesty for a few days past, than for the ten preceding days - His Majesty slept three hours and a half last night, and is this morning as usual Windsor Castle March 28 - 1811
