[[underline]] Sir [[/underline]] His Majesty does not appear to me to have improv'd either in the powers of the mind or of the Body within the last 48 Hours. The King has refused all food again since nine oclock this morning, and has been excessively irritated whenever it has been presented to Him. He appears to be in a sullen state - is often silent - sometimes talkative, generally on His familiar Error, but sometimes in sentences which are so disjointed as not to be intelligible. His Majesty has not slept all to day. I am, Sir, your Royal Highness' msot obedient faithful servant Henry Halford July 25. 1811. 7 oclock p.m.
