Dr Baillie has the honour of informing the Prince Regent, that His Majesty has continued throughout the day very much in the same state as was reported in the morning. He has been almost constantly talking, and his conversation has been incoherent; sometimes He has been singing or imitating the sounds of Instruments. There has however been no violence, and throughout the day He has been free from Restraint. Windsor Castle July 17. 1811. 8.p.m.
