Sir It grieves me to inform your Royal Highness that every thing has gone on from bad to worse, day after day, lately. His Majesty has been more and more irritable, and irascible, and has lost something of the command He appear'd to have acquired over Himself every day; so that, at this moment, The King's conversation, and His manner, and constant recurrance to all those errors which characterized His Majesty's disease in the earlier periods of it are serving to reveal to our minds His Majesty's symptoms as they appear'd many months ago.
