Dr. Robt. Willis has the honour of presenting his humble duty to The Prince Regent and of acquainting His Royal Highness that The King passed the greater part of yesterday in an unsatisfactory manner. His Majesty was restless and uneasy, His temper was fretful, and He occasionally indulged in strong expressions of displeasure. In the evening His Majesty became more tranquil; the irritability in a great measure subsided, and He appeared to be sensible that He had been unwell through the day. His Majesty slept six hours last night. This morning He is calm and good humoured, but His manner and conversation are rather trifling. Windsor Castle July 5. 1811.
