At ev'ry line the gushing tear shall start and thrilling pains shall vibrate thro' thy heart stain'd by thy tears, the words shall faintly shew Till sense is lost amid a cloud of woe; Yet ere this Letter shall by thee be read The hapless writer, shall sleep among the dead. Yet let my Soul indulge its pleasing pain And call to mind each part, each blissful scene The fond delirium of my love pursue And tell, how much I lov'd, and felt for you!
