[[underline]] Septbr. 25th [[/underline]] I could not finish my letter the other day & hasten now to send it off by this Day's post. The dear Dk. of Gloucester is returned to Bagshot & much better tho' still in a precarious state of health She must take great care of herself. She is to come to Brighton next month, for two months, which I trust will reestablish her health again. The King is very well & in good spirits & I am on the whole well too, but just now I labour under a violent catharr, which makes me more stupid than ever. I hope you & your Family are quite well & enjoying the beautiful weather we have had, I go out daily in spite of my cold & can only benefit by it as it is really lovely & as hot as summer
