The King has received Colonel Hotham's two Notes concerning the two Services of Plate that Hemmings has to dispose of. He should immagine the last mentioned is weighty enough to bear fresh polishing in which case He must immagine it preferable to the former when A Tureen is added to it. The letter to P.
