Dear Sir, The weather is so very damp and tho' better I am not perfectly well and under the hands of the doctor I think it will be wiser to put off my visit to Bushy for another week: I hope however nothing will prevent my being with you on the Twentieth. I fancy the Officer Smith is with Elphick and I should hope the Treasury have issued Beans to the Deer: at least the application has been made.
