Dear Eliza, I could not answer Yours of Thursday till today: I hope and believe I shall be with you all to dinner this day sennight: I shall be ready to accompany you to Lady Emily's when at home: but without a Chaperon I never will allow your going out when I am absent: I have heard from Augustus and written to him: I am sorry for the death of poor Seymour: remember me most kindly and particularly to every body at Bushy: God bless you and I ever remain, Dearest Eliza, Your most affectionate Father William
