Cleveland Row July 26. 1798. 11. P.M. Lord Grenville is just now honoured with Your Majesty's commands. He takes the liberty to return the note, as other matter was written on the reverse of the sheet, & he thought Your Majesty might possibly imagine it had been mislaid.
