Queen's House May 15th. 1804 [[unclear]] PM The King is sorry to find Mr. Yorke is so determined to quit a Department which He has filled with so much [[unclear]] it to Himself as well as advantage to the Public Service. The King is fully sensible of Mr. Yorkes Sincere Attachment to Him and the King hopes it may not be at a very disturb period that Mr. Yorke may find himself act unwi[[unclear]] to return to His Service. The King is willing to receive Mr. Yorke as soon as He May find it convenient and has sent for Lord Hawkesbury to take the Custody of those till a Successor may be appointed; none can that will be so agreable to the King as Mr. Yorke.
