Queen's Palace Jany. 31st. 1804. The King has put off the Levee tomorrow not from any return of complaint, but too avoid the fatigue of that Ceremony. He means to hold the Council in the Great Council Room tomorrow as previously proposed, and has sent notice of this to the Lord President by Mr. Addington George R
