[[unclear]] The Physician's note to Mr. Pitt. Nov 29th. 1788 Copy of Mr Pitt's Note to the King Windsor Castle Saturday Novr. 29th. 1788 Mr Pitt humbly begs to acquaint your Majesty that he finds the Physicians think it of the greatest consequence for your Majesty's recovery to change the air; and they have informed Mr Pitt that they think themselves obliged not to permit Mr Pitt to pay his duty personally to your Majesty again, till after your Majesty's arrival at Kew, as Fatigue in the mean time ought to be avoided. We think it advisable that the abovewritten note should be sent by Mr. Pitt to the King. R. Warren. -- G.Baker. L: Pepys. H. Addington. JR Reynolds.
