Frankfurt Septr: 16th: 1826. Dear Sir, Yesterday brought me here Yours of 6th instant and it's various enclosures. I return the proper papers signed. I believe [[unclear]] was quite right in having an entire new Floor in the Barn. I thought a man must be necessary to assist Bennett in completing the Press in the Circular Passage and the Cabinets in the Dutchess's Boudoir. However you will discharge man whenever the various works are finished. I conceive this to be the last letter I shall write before we meet.
