Tell Elphick the moment the Barley is off West Lane's Ward to have the drains there compleated. He must not forget to make the Pairsh Overseers repair the circular drain that runs into the Park at the Maidenhead Stile. I am afraid there will not Turnips: but Elphick must take very opportunity of serving them. I hope in a few days to have got up my strength and to be then able to write fully.
