Ems. June 28th: 1826. Dear Sir, Tho' the papers of 20th instant came as they ought last night yet Yours of 19th did not find its' way. I have in consequence written to Barton to go to the Foreign Office on this omission and neglect and now mention the fact to you that you may enquire if any negligence has arisen between Bushy House and Charles Street: Till Friday I cannot again expect letters and hope then to hear from you.
