Altenstein. Augst. 27th: 1825. Dear Sir, Yesterday I recieved Yours of 15th instant with its' various enclosures and return the proper papers signed. I likewise send a letter and paper from the Twickenham Saving Bank which I will inquire into on my return which will now be so soon that no inconvenience can arise from this delay. I am very glad all has been done at the Upper Lodge agreeable to the wishes of George and that you will have Bushy House ready by the first week in September. Tho' the man recommended by Tritton and Co: may have failed in brewing the Beer you have forgot Pierce was [[underline]] more [[/underline]] than suspected of [[underline]] dishonesty [[/underline]]
