Palace do stop the works at Kew and Hampton Court. I am glad Bennett is well again and hope to find the Girl Hale much better. Budd is a poor creature. I have applied for the Yacht to be at Antwerp on the Fifteenth September and hope to be with you on the Eighteenth of that month. Ever believe me, Yours sincerely William
