Chester: I am inclined to think the Duke of York likely to succeed Sir B. Bloomfield. We are all quite well and set out on 31st instant for our return to Bushy: but going thro' Heidelberg and remaining there and at Hamburg some days we shall not reach Ghent till 15th Sepr: I hope and trust to be with you at latest on 5th Octr: for the present adieu and ever believe me, Yours sincerely William
