Dear Daniell, Yours No: 40. reached me this morning and its' various enclosures which I return of course signed as usual: I am very glad Frederick has paid you a visit and I hope Mary did also whilst she was on a visit to Mrs: Frazer at Hampton Wyck: I hope the new Gardener will continue to merit your good opinion: I see the Bailiff has accounted for the Twenty Pounds and must in future for whatever sums you give him: I altogether approve of the arrangement respecting growing the Buck Wheat and trust now that Allen is gone we shall have [[underline]] good [[/underline]] and [[underline]] honest [[/underline]] under in the [[underline]] three [[/underline]] departments. the Park [[underline]] must [[/underline]] at
