No: 16. Hanover. Novr: 20th: 1818 Dear Sir, Your No: 16 reached me yesterday which I could not answer till this morning being so much engaged about my ball which went off last night as well as possible. I have perfect confidence in Elphick and Coates but it is singular I should have written to Barton in the very same terms respecting Allen as you have to me: I wish therefore you and Barton to talk seriously to Padley concerning the [[underline]] Kitchen [[/underline]] Gardens at Bushy: the [[underline]] Pleasure [[/underline]] Ground is compleat and [[underline]] must [[/underline]] be kept: I [[underline]] cannot [[/underline]] reside at Bushy till [[underline]] next [[/underline]] November and tho' I wish South Audley Square supplied with fruit and vegetables yet I want the Kitchen Garden arranged
