Dear Daniell, This morning has brought me Yours No: 15 and its' various enclosures which I return signed: I am glad to find Coates has begun to sell the Cows: he appears to me to be going on very well: I hope he and Elphick will be able to fill the Store Yard. Your news of Mrs: Alsop does not surprise me: I can believe anything bad of her: all week here and ever believe me. Yours sincerely William
