Dear Daniell, I am to acknowledge Yours No. 8 and its' inclosures which I return signed and make no doubt to Elphick will giver a satisfactory reason for not having delivered his weekly account: I shall want a list of the trees required this season by Elphick and Allen for the Clumps in the Park and Garden: I am glad the molehills are to be begun upon and rejoice to find the establishment for the Deer is to be properly kept up: the weather here has been till yesterday fine tho' cold: I could not stir our owing to the rain: but your account of the appearance of everything at Bushy is favourable for the winter: I think the garden had better
