I think Emolaments might be gathered from it especially from [[deletion]] under [[/deletion]] the great weight and authority it w': be of in the hands of his R. Highness, and therefore my Lord thought it deserved some attention, and that it was my Duty to lay this Gentleman, proposal before your Lordship, for your Lordships consideration, whether any thing; and what may be thot. fit to be done in it, and if your Lordship pleases, I will lay all this matter before [[unclear]] Martin whose extreme good understanding and legal knowledge [[catchword]] may [[/catchword]]
