We do, by these Presents, and by two other Instruments, of the same Tenor and Date, herewith, under Our Royal Sign Manual, revoke, and make void, the said Three Instruments, so formerly executed by us; and the Nomination, thereby made, as aforesaid. And further, in pursuance of the said Act, We do, by these Presents, and by the said two other Instruments, of the same Tenor and Date, herewith nominate and add to the Persons, and Officers, by the said Act, appointed to be of the said Council of Regency, the Persons following, being natural-born Subjects of Our Realm of Great Britain; viz William D. of Devonshire, James Earl Waldegrave, Philip Earl of Hardwick, one Sr. Thomas Robinson Knt. of the Bath And We do hereby, and by the two other Instruments last mentioned, appoint the said Persons, herein before named; to be Members of the said Council of Regency, according to the true Intent of the
